Icing face while on accutane. Is it ok or does it affect the oil glands and ruin accutane's work?

Im currently on accutane and my pores are so huge that they look like caves. Yes, CAVES. As in ''Get a flash light lets take a look in there'' Cave. So After I wash my face with Warm water and cleanse it with a facefash, I Ice it, then apply my moisturizing cream. then go to sleep and wash again after 24 hours. Is it ok?
