Does this sound like dyslexia or immaturity?

My friend and I have been close since high school and I always just thought of her as a slacker. She comes from a very wealthy family and her parents are always giving big donations to the college we go to now so it doesn’t really seem to matter. We are taking an Anatomy cl through a different school this summer though and she’s been falling behind. I’ve been helping her and I’m starting to notice she learns quite differently. It’s like she can’t take a test. I don’t know if she just gets frustrated and psyches herself out or what. Also, I often catch her alternating between her left and right hand. She even writes from bottom to top and occasionally right to left. She’s disorderly and has terrible time management skills. Not only that, but she‘s even slow with og clocks! Although she’s a bit spoiled I feel like all signs are pointing to something more than that. I never thought she cared about academics but I’ve noticed she’s very self conscious about it. She refuses to ask the professor for help even though he offers tutoring sessions. I feel bad and maybe even guilty for not noticing sooner. She’s honestly not dumb at all but she feels it and I would like to help her. Does all this sound like dyslexia or immaturity?
