Computer Sade Mode issue!?

I have had Huntbar.Stoolbar for a long time because I can't get rid of it on regular mode. I know you have to press F8 while your computer is turning on to get the the menu, I was able to do it once, I scanned, the spyware is still there. I have tried 5 times just now and no matter how many times I try, F8 won't work and I can't get into safe mode. Other options? HELP PLEASE!
