YuGiOh! Rate my deck?

I would give this a 70/100 if this deck has no Psychic Synchro Monsters. Psychic decks use alot of lifepoints so they rely on their Synchros to regain them. If you have them however I would rate his deck 85/100. More Pandaborgs And Psychic Snails would help. Also, try to get your hands on a Emergency Teleport. It's killer in a psychic deck.
