Why wont my Playstation 3 download Black Ops Escalation map packs?

Ok last night around 12am ( colorado time) i bought the new Black Ops Escalation Map packs and tried to start to download the map pack, but no matter what I do the download wont start and keeps telling me something is wrong with my internet. Problem is I have other downloads and they all downloaded just fine but when it comes to the Map Packs keeps telling me to check the system or my internet and wont even get past 0% download time. What the heck done anyone know whats going on? What should I do and who do I need to get a hold of?
