Twilight and Water For Elephants...?

jacob, catherine and edward are and always have been extremely common names, the names do not by any means belong to stephenie meyer. so no, it's not like sarah gruen should have made sure the names weren't in "the most popular series in the world." if anything, literature could probably use some new great characters with those names to wash away the connection people draw between them and meyer's terrible characters.
