Side Tie Bikini Problems?

I have just received this amazing side tie bikini bottom and no matter how i seem to tie it or shift the material it is loose in only the front. The back fits fine but when I walk the material in the front seems to be too baggy. I ordered two different sizes just in case and both sizes seem to do this. Any suggestions...Id hate to jump in the water and the front gets pulled down!
