Ghost Whisperer: A Grave Matter's five signs?

Okay. So in the season two episode "A Grave Matter" Melinda is told that there will be five signs then a death. I know one of the signs was the writing on Jim's back about the death of a loved on (in "Dead to Rights") but what are the other four? Was the dove which appeared at the end of season 1 the first signs?
