Can I use a two-in one shampoo & conditioner for Co-washing?

My mom bought an Africa's Best Moisturizing Shampoo with Conditioner. It says it is used for cleansing, conditioning, moisturizing and detangles. Would this be too strong for 2x/3x everyday co-washing? I was planning to use VO5. I really need an answer.
