Why is my hair greasy (when I use a cleansing shampoo)?

When my hair starts feeling oily I use some white vinegar to rinse it after a shower. Are you using creme rinse daily? I cut back to only once or twice a week, sometimes bi-weekly in the summer. If you can find Daily Defense Clarifying that stuff is awesome, but they no longer sell it my area. Hope this helps.
