Cleanse Tag will make lower level wild pokemon less likely to attack if the first pokemon holds it. Amulet coin raises prize money if held by one involved in a battle. Dire hit is only good for the battle it's used in; it raises the chance of critical hits. And Upgrade: if given to a Porygon and traded, the Porygon will evolve. And finally, Sudowoodo has no evolution. Hope this helps.
