So I got my bellyon pierced about 7 months ago?

I changed it out about 3.5 months in, and I irritated it. Ever since then, it's been really painful. The top hole is the only thing that's hurting. It bleeds sometimes when I accidentally hit it, and it looks dry and scabby around the top hole. I clean it with dial soap every day, and also take a shot gl filled with warm water and sea salt and cleanse it. I need it to be 100% healed by July 18th when I go to cheer camp so I can put in a clear stud. What's wrong and how can I fix it...fast?!
