What kind of shirts could you wear with a jean skirt?

I never wore a jean skirt and now I own one and idk what kind of shirts to wear with a jean skirt. I've seen people with just plain solid color t-shirts but I have a problem with shirts cleansing my stomach. I own plaid shirts, ruffle tank tops, graphic t-shirts, collared school shirts, cardigans, vests, jackets, and scarfs. Any of those would work? Which is the best with jean skirts or any other option?
