I need an answer PLZ?

ok im going to be 16 and a half years old when i graduate. but i wanted to move out my house and live with my friends. i dont want to be emacipated or nothing like that i just want to live with my friends in a rented house or somthin. PLZ what could i do. im graduating early so my friends are like 17 and 18. i dont like livin at home its so borin sense i was in middle school i planned to get a group of friends together and jus liv with eachother it would be fun XD. im going to collage of course and plan to get a full time job/car and everything its jus the matter of havin fun with my friends (my birthday is takes to long to wait for (August 16) 1996 and to wait for 18 lol is to long. i know im to young though. but am i allowed to with my parents (only my mom) permission to move out and live with my friends. im the last child. I dont want to hear no bs about ur still young and enjoy ur freedom blah blah blah i jus want to know if i could move in with my friends with my moms permission.
